Amy is a 20+ year strategic marketing and commercialization veteran. She has a record of success leading product development, market positioning, and commercial launch processes for innovative products and services within highly competitive markets.

Prior to joining Lumagenics, she spent 6 years as a Senior Executive for a medical device consulting firm where she directed cross-functional teams through commercial due-diligence focusing on analyzing market access solutions to accelerate sales traction and product adoption, while reducing operational costs and maximizing commercial efficiency. Her knowledge of field marketing, sales process development, sales training and execution of commercial operations has optimized performance and driven profitability of several new and disruptive technologies as well as revitalized a handful of mature and under-performing product lines.
